"An astonishingly assured singer," Sarah has recently been taking the London jazz scene by storm.
She first broke on to the scene whilst spending 3 years as the principal vocalist of the National Youth Jazz Orchestra, most notably performing at Ronnie Scott's, Pizza Express Jazz Club and The Stables at Wavendon.
She is regularly featured as the vocalist with the RAF Shades of Blue Jazz Orchestra, and the Queen's Division Big Band with whom she recorded a big band album in 2007.
Sarah is working towards releasing her first album - Darning the Dream - which she recorded recently with her own quartet.
This excellent collection of standards and originals is an eclectic mix of the kind of material that makes Sarah unique - while showing that she has the versatility to defy categorisation.
The album features a first-class line up, including guest appearances from Dave O'Higgins - one of the UK's finest saxophonists - and Ian Shaw - BBC Jazz Awards winner Best Vocalist 2004 & 2007.
